Then you can use a cheaper processor. The i5 4690, with out the K, is locked, so no overclocking, and operates at the same clock speed (3.5 Ghz) and costs less than the one you mentioned.
The i5-4460 is 20% cheaper, but only 9% slower. The difference between 3.2 and 3.5 GHz is only an FPS or two for gaming. You will notice the difference if you are doing processor intensive applications, like rendering.
