So if you spend 2 millions dollars your brother will pay for that? You must have a max budget. If you don't have a max budget I can not help you. No one can.

The mistakes.
1. Buy a bit cheaper CPU if your just going to play games and a better Graphics card
2. Why the 16gb ram
3. Why only 80gb HDD?
4. If your not going to overclock no need for a Z87
5. The PSU company isn't good and you need more watts
6. You have no Case?

You can chose different cases.

I would get a NZXT H440 or a fractal design define r5

I like 16gb ram and ram are cheap but 16gb is good.
The SSD is for Games and 80gb HDD is for me like pictures, cartoons something like that.
The MSI z87 gd65 problem is it looks good and its ok no OC doest not mean no MSI-Gd65.
This damn PSU is making me mad,you know sir it took me 15 days to find a good Psu,but its not.PLZ tell me good brand PSU.

The best Powersupplies are Antec, Seasonic and XFX. However EVGA B2 is the best. You could have looked at the http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html

Your right if your not going to overclock you can still have a Z mobo but it is way better using that cash for a better Graphics card. Your storage will also fill up super fast.

There was hope for your parts if you were a 3D render. For gaming this would be way better.

The 4670 is an overclocked 4430/4440/4460, so no reason to get that. Being 40$ more than the 4460 is NOT bag for your buck.

The motherboard is a quality Z97 board that supports SLI and will let you upgrade to Broadwell

The RAM is faster while being cheaper

The GPU is better than the 350$ Superclocked ACX 2.0 for many reasons:
-It has one more fan, so cooling is increased
-It sorted/binned (GPU Gauntlet)
-It has a backplate
-It has cool LEDs
And much much more

The PSU is a Tier 1 unit that will support two 970s in SLI.
