The R7 265 performs a bit better than the 750ti.

the gtx 750ti draws less power ,runs cooler and not that much more slow compared to pricier r7 265.Then there are other factors such as good nvidia driver support,physx compatibility,and all features of high end nvidia cards such as dynamic super resolution,g sync,adaptive vsync,geforce experieence shadowplay,and boost 2.0 ,txaa etc are all available even in the 750ti.But whereas the lates omega drivers from amd add nothing to the r7 cards except maybe mantle improvements.Features such as true audio, vsr etc are for higher end cards.the 750ti is also a beast in overclocking especially the msi model
