HP Pavilion a1410n LAN driver will not install

Hi,

My HP Pavilion a1410n service pack 2 NVIDIA LAN driver sp26680 will not install. I downloaded it from HP:

Spring 2006 Original NVIDIA LAN Drivers
Released: 2006-03-09
File name: sp26680.exe [1/1, 1.28M] Version 50.0.9.0
Compatibility: Microsoft Windows XP

Please advise.
