Drop down to 8GB of ram... you do not need 16gb for current games.
Drop the 8350 for an 8320.

That 270x will give you 50+FPS in farcry 4 on a mix of med/high settings.

What I meant was the 270 is cheaper so he could overclock that and have the same performance as the 270x for less

Drop to 8gb ram, and get an R9 280/280x. You can even get a locked I5 with a cheaper H97 instead of the 8350, which will be better for some of the games you mentioned.
