I was looking on craigslist for somebody's used desktop pc. I've seen a few options but I don't know which will deliver the best gaming performance. Can you help me decide which PC is best?

Id suggest getting 3 then replace the GPU only if you're unhappy with the performance. It won't have any issues with Minecraft so see what its like with the other games you play. The gtx 960 should be out soon and that may be a good upgrade option, at the very least it might push down the price of similar gpu's

How many FPS do you think I'll get in games like Minecraft and Battlefield 4, and at what settings? Also, do you think that #3 is worth the $450?

Number 3 is $150 cheaper then number 2, this money can be spend to get a new GPU easy
a second hand R9-290 cost around $230 for example
