So I am not doing this just for gaming. I want to self teach the best I can on PC hardware without spending too much money. Meaning I want to assemble my own parts and maintain my own computer. Know the in and outs because I have always been conned on services for repairs.
So I purchased one GTX 970 from EVGA. Now I am a bit concerned but my case is a Haff 922 model from cooler master. But my PSU is weak it's a corsair 600cx.
I know the card I bought is power efficient and my psu is fine. I was thinking about two 970s in the future.
I need a new mobo and a new CPU
GTX 660
i5 3570k 3.40ghz
16 gb vengeance ram
asus psz model motherboard intel socket
corsair 600cx
Windows 7 2TB 7200 RPM
Ubuntu 14.04 1 TB 7200 RPM
Blu rat drive LG
So I have done great with my watt supply. Just being cautious is all.
