I recently built a new computer and I have the Radeon R9 270x for GPU and pentium g3258 for CPU which I'm pretty sure should be able to run skyrim fine but whenever I play it I have mouse and camera lag, like the movements in game are a bit delayed from my own hand moving the mouse.
I have the razer naga and I made sure in synapse that there is no mouse acceleration and I also made sure there was none in skyrim but i still have the lag so I was hoping one of you could tell me if there are any reasons for my game to lag, it even does this on the lowest settings.
