Will a WD BLUE HDD bottlenecks a gigabit network?

I will be using this drive http://www.amazon.com/WD-Blue-Desktop-Hard-Drive/dp/B0088PUEPK.
and 1Gbps fibre plan, with cat5e wire.

The hard drive has nothing to do with your network.

probably also your wifi card will probably bottleneck as well as well as other components. And take in account if your downloading from slow servers

Seeing as the server you are downloading from is using a similar speed hard drive, this is a non issue.
