bios freeze image , help..

Motherboard asrock h61M vg3
Radeon 6870
Corsair 1333 1.5v
650w PSU
i3 2120

My previous PC was damaged after I droped some water into the case . motherboard was dead but the rest I hoped will work with my new motherboard. With the new configuration I got a bios freeze image

If I press power button i got nothing 'no signal' .If I get no signal , I reboot it and after reset I get bios freeze image
what do you think?

this <Mod Edit> mb does not have any speaker ... so I'm clueless.. but why got freeze when reach bios it takes 1s to freeze on image1


P.s I have memory of 1333 but from image1 I see just 1066 could it means something?

I changed the motherboard with Asus P8Z77-V LX same problem, so I think si not a Motherboard issu, and not a video card as i plugged the monitor to the intagrate video card of Asus P8Z77-V LX
CPU or PSU or Ram?

Ram:Corsair CMX8GX3M1A1333C9 XMS3 8GB (2x4gb)
CPU:i3 2120
PSU:650 w

p.s I got live image, one sort beep and after, blank image but display has signal

No, I replaced it with a Pentium g2030 from amazon.
To make the unit to work , I brought a psu, one stick of ram, plus g2030. After I installed the cpu ... all worked fine.. The for support anyway ;)
