Looking to see what I should be upgrading (CPU, GPU, RAM . .)

Solution
Is your system prebuilt, or custom?

If it's prebuilt just tell us which one it is, we can probably find out what kind of PSU is in there.

You can always just look at the PSU, there's almost always a label on it with a partnumber, wattage, amp distribution, etc. A partnumber would allow us to look up the unit and find out what it's capable of. Otherwise, wattage and amp distribution is enough too.

That's an integrated GPU. It's physically inside the CPU. Just adding a decent discrete GPU would yield the best results. Something like a GTX750 Ti, GTX760, R7 260X, R9 270X. If you want something better it'd be best to also upgrade the CPU.

EDIT: As the poster above says, make sure your PSU is sufficient before upgrading!
