not a troll post really have this issue dont know if im missing something cant get ubuntu to boot or even get it so the cd drive or usb boots first cant get to the bios using a samsung laptop

Removing Ubuntu is easy. You format your hard disk and install whatever OS you want to use; most OSs let you do the formatting as part of the install process. If it's Windows make sure that you have all the drivers for your computer before starting.

There is no way that Ubuntu blocks access to the BIOS. If you can't get into it then either you are pressing the right key at the wrong time or you are pressing the wrong key.

i have accessed the bios and installed os on this computer before i know how to get to the bios when under normal conditions

i removed the original win 7 HDD and installed an SSD for Ubuntu then i installed Ubuntu via CD iso after not wanting to use ubuntu anymore i tried to re install windows via CD when i use the windows cd it goes to Ubuntu load screen and loads Ubuntu so i reboot when im on the samsung screen i hit F2 that is what i hit before when i had to change the boot order to load Ubuntu from disk i dont get bios screen i get a choose load screen with ubuntu being the only option so i turned off the pc and replaced the ssd with the original win 7 OS HDD that was shipped with the laptop and has its original factory os when i go to turn on laptop i get a screen that say choose load and Ubuntu is the only option when i click it i get endless boot cycle. This morning i took my laptop apart and removed the watch battery for the bios memory to try and reset everything still got the same result it wont boot to Ubuntu it wont boot to windows and it wont find the Disk drive or any usb with iso files

I have had a similar problem getting to BIOS with Ubuntu installed on SSD. The problem is that SSD boots so quickly you have to be super fast pressing your BIOS access key (F2/DEL/etc). Just keep trying. Does your laptop have an optical drive? Another option would be to use a Windows DVD and see if it boots automatically.

I googled your issue and it looks like people are having trouble with Samsung UEFI laptops and Linux. It may have something to do with enabling Fastboot in BIOS.

In any case, you may well have bricked your laptop. It looks like people are returning theirs to Samsung for new motherboard.
