Planetside 2 FPS dropping

I'm pretty sure it is not because i used to play this game without these problems and i play games like crysis 3 on high-very high with high fps. This problem just appeared out of nowhere. And it is not like the fps drop when there are explosions or battles. It happens even when im standing and looking at a wall.

Crysis 3 does decent on AMD processors. Planetside 2 does not do very good an AMD processors. In large battles your FPS is going to take a dive in that game. Are you sure it did better before or did you just not notice the frame dips before?
