I hear the electricity from the power supply

Solution

If it's audible enough to be annoying and occurs under low DC-load conditions you should probably contact the manufacturer to setup an RMA. I'm not...

i have Corsair CX760M and i I hear this sound of electricity intermittently, starts and stops every 10 seconds.
and lasts for 10 seconds... do i must hurry to change it?;

Ignore what i7Baby said above, he has no clue what he's talking about.

What you're hearing is most likely either coil noise, or an imbalanced fan. The former is a result of improperly seated inductors and occurs when the inductor physically vibrates. It's usually not a cause for concern but it can be annoying and some manufacturers will accept RMAs due to quality assurance policies. If it's an imbalanced fan on the other hand, just try tapping it or cleaning out the PSU.

That would only be possible if the PSU had a low frequency transformer, it doesn't. The transformers in switch-mode regulated power supplies operate in the hundreds of kilohertz to tens of megahertz range, not 50hz/60hz.

EDIT: fun fact, the transformer isn't even technically necessary. It's just present to provide full galvanic isolation via magnetic coupling.

well.. thanks mate :)) its audible but not so loud.. sounds like a fly..

If it's coming from the AC side of the PSU and sounds like a fly it could be something more dangerous than coil whine, possibly a small electrical arc originating from a stray strand that's occurring at the peak of the AC wave. If I were you I'd consider RMAing that PSU as soon as possible as that may present a fire hazard.
