Can I connect my Netgear AC2350 router to a Netgear EX6200 in a differrent part of my house through an ethernet cable?

Solution
I think not. From Netgear information on the EX6200: "Do not use an Ethernet cable to connect the extender to a Wi-Fi router. If you do so, the extender does not work because it is designed to use only a Wi-Fi connection to a Wi-Fi router."

If you can return it, do so and buy a router that you can configure as an AP.
