corsair h100I ,idle temp 40 over?!

hey, i am using corsair H100i cooling. But the result is not good! idle temp.40-50c . today try to apply new thermal paste but the result still the same... why this happen?

Open up Corsair Link and check fan speeds, pump speed. Is it still the same in Balanced mode?

Also if the suggestion above doesn't work, check your voltages, and see if the cooler is properly mounted with the right amount of thermal paste.

hey , i used performance mode all the way. apply new thermal paste size as 2 pcs rice. thanks.
