I am building now my mini ITX htpc, and I am in dilemma...
My main factors for choosing are: Low TDP, and small size, which is the gtx 750 ti is pretty good for.
But it have only 2GB vram, which is low compared to 4gb vram gtx 760
I consider to buy the gtx 760 4GB because of this reason...
Does this make a huge different?
My case is planned to be Silverstone RVZ01B but I didn't buy it yet so it can be changed...

Solution
If you want low power, buy the 750ti.

If you want gaming performance, buy something else
(not really the GTX 760, which can be quite a 'heater')

The 750 ti has a newer chip which makes better use of memory than the 760. The 2 GB is perfect for the card. The only reason you would need more would be if you were gaming at the highest settings or gaming in 4k resolution neither of which the 750ti is appropriate for anyways. The 750 ti is a much better card for a low-power htpc.

Hello... If you want LOW Power of 60 watts for a very small case then the GTX 750 ti is the best option... If you want multi screen, multi resolution performance, then you gotta put the biggest, Best, GPU you can put into that Little case.
Here is a general chart of GPU peformance... http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/high_end_gpus.html
The reason you would need 4GB is for Multi screens and High video resolutions.

If you enjoy above 1080p gaming, high resolution texture options, anti-aliasing, or supersampling more VRAM is the choice to make if you want any of those. If you are content with mid to low range settings but don't want to spend a bunch of money the 750ti is great price-to-performance.
