I would like to max out this motherboard with the best CPU, Graphics card and memory that it can handle. I will be running windows 7 64 bit. Any info would be helpful. Thanks

Your motherboard is on a dead socket, and the only CPUs available are very, very weak ones that cannot even compare to the FX-6300. This would be the best you can get:
