This is a question about a tiny issue I've had in regards to buying PC parts. I was looking to buy my OS but on Amazon there's two different versions: the System Builder and the Full Version. I don't know which one I need to build a PC from scratch or if there's even any difference between the two. If anyone can clarify the difference and which one I need, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Full Version: http://www.amazon.com/Microsoft-Windows-8-1-Full-Version/dp/B00EDSI7QO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1418658527&sr=8-1&keywords=windows+8

System Builder: http://www.amazon.com/Windows-8-1-System-Builder-64-Bit/dp/B00F3ZN2W0/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1418658527&sr=8-2&keywords=windows+8&pebp=1418658667062

The full version comes with some sort of Microsoft support.
The OEM means that YOU are the support.
To get some idea take the time to read a few of the most helpful reviews on the links you provided.
It is distressing and one might consider windows 7 oem as a alternative.
