I bought a 1200 dollar lap top irelevant but to my heart it matters
its a Samsung note book 8
with the following specs

  • Processor / Chipset
    Intel® Core™ i7 Processor 3635QM (2.4GHz up to 3.4GHz, 6 MB L3 Cache)
    Intel HM76

AMD Radeon™ HD 8870M Graphics with 2GB GDDR5 Graphic Memory (PowerExpress)

    8GB DDR3 System Memory at 1600MHz (on BD 8GB)
    1 SODIMM

    1TB SATAII Hard Drive (5400RPM)

It can barely run league of legends and at time says that its disk space is at 99% usage but i wont be doing much just opening google chrome or something.

what could be wrong with it? is there anything i can do to improve it or do i need to buy a new one.

I can't speak to being able to run league of legends but you'll see a noticeable improvement if you upgrade to a SSD. Wolf is right about disk space as well, however your performance won't improve that much just from making free space (it will help but unless you're running with less then 512MB of free space than you probably won't notice much of a difference). This changes a little if you're running with a full HD for an extended time as maintenance tasks can't be done properly and overall performance will worsen.

I'm no computer expert, but that's relatively pricey laptop, and at those specs it should be able to run LoL at least. I've seen older configurations run it just okay.
Have you tried scanning your PC for a virus or something?

You shouldn't be getting that error with a freshly formatted computer, can you give more specifics on the error? You can check in windows error logs to review previous errors. "Event Viewer"

This is true, I'm still recommending a SSD upgrade if the OP doesn't miss the extra space. Still need to do some troubleshooting to check that error if it's showing up on a freshly formatted system, might be more than just a faulty drive.

It's League of Legends, game from 2009. If it can run nicely on old and mediocre (at best) PCs, it must run on this laptop with no FPS problems regardless of SSD or HDD.
Something is clogging up the PC.
