Will a Hyper 212 Evo fit with 4 corsair vengeance RAM ?

I have a Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard and i want to put a Hyper 212 evo on my CPU but i don't know if the fan will over lap in to one of the RAM bays can any one let me know if my mb is just big enough so that the fan part just reaches the top of the RAM or if it will obstruct one of the bays?.

If you have difficulties with the fan then you can always lift up the bracket of the fan to increase the RAM clearance a lot of people does than or you can simply leave the 1st ram slot free and use the 2nd and the 4rth RAM slots to avoid the fan.

Ok thanks i will try to move the fan up if it is a problem and i have all four ram slots filled so can't do that unfortunately.
