also thinking of adding a corsair H100i or H105 for cpu cooler. Any thoughts on this

The memory you have suggested runs at 1.65V, but the recommended memory voltage is 1.5V +-5%. What makes this memory better anyway? I have been told that corsair are very good for RAM. And any particular PSU which is good for price and around 750-850W? Kind of hard to depict from the list

corsair is good but so is gskill and the kit has lower latency while having a higher frequency. Nothing to worry about with the voltage just need to enable xmp in the bios.

top quality full modular
the 750 should be enough for sli and a overclock but for a little more you can get the 850 and play it safe
