I keep getting a constant stutter on 1080p videos on youtube, and it's only certain videos.
PC SPECS:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q9400
EVGA GTX 750 SC 1GB
8GB ram
a 1080p display
and a 100mbits/s average internet download.
I'm sure it's not my GPU, however it might be my cpu, as 1080p videos worked fine on my old pc which had a dual core and a lower end GPU.
