Hello,

1st link: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487025&cm_re=gtx_750ti-_-14-487-025-_-Product

2nd link: http://www.ncixus.com/products/?usaffiliateid=1000031504&sku=94339&vpn=GTX750TI-OC-2GD5&manufacture=ASUS&promoid=1260

My case/computer: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883265834

Yes, that will work. It is one step below the Evga I linked to. And yes, it has 2 x 6+2 pins connectors as indicated in the specs on that page. Johnny Guru gives that PSU a passing grade: http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&file=print&reid=384

If this is what the inside of your PC looks like, it will fit.

The Evga will be fine with the stock PSU if this is the one you have: http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/330941678818?lpid=82 , the Asus will need a 6 pin PCIe power connector. I'm not sure if your PSU has one. You'll have to check.

There's no sense buying another small 430W PSU if you are going to upgrade. Get at least a 500W. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438012
