Which is cpu air-cooler is better

I'm just stuck between these 2:
Thermaltake NiC C4
or
Cooler Master Hyper 412 slim

Bonus noob question: I'm running the box cooler right now which is performing really poor, would one of these these coolers be a considerable upgrade in terms of lower temps?

I've spent 30mins researching both. I have no decent results for the cooling efficiency of the 412. Either one would be a massive upgrade. But whatever big aircooler you choose, be super careful when moving your computer.

Looking at the images of the 2 coolers i noticed that the 412 has more fan blades but lower rpm than the NiC C4, do you think this is important?
Which one do you think would give a better performance to noise ratio?

The NiC C4 and 412 both have 2 fans each.
Won't 2 fans be better than 1?

The single fan 212 EVO managed to slightly beat the NIC C4. The 212X is an improvement over the 212 EVO so the performance will be slightly better.

OP Hyper 212 Plus/EVO/X is the master race for normal sized single tower air coolers (So not the D14 or Silver Arrow). If you're a silence freak, get the Enermax ETS0-T40 TB which is pretty much the same as a 212 EVO but not as loud

Thankyou all!
I bought the 412 slim, couldn't find the Enermax anywhere in this country. The temps have improved a lot and its not noisy at all, although the installation was a brief time in hell(but it is my first time build so...).
