Will 1.65V RAM with a CPU that recommends 1.5V cause problems?

The warning on PC part picker says that it will limit the RAM speed, which I can deal with for now as I will upgrade later on. I am wondering if it will cause any other problems beside a simple limitation. (Or if it will work at all.)

Solution
The G3258 is unlocked, capable of OCing and running DRAM above 1333 and 1.65 isn't going to kill it, the 1.5 recommendation comes from the CPU at stock and running stock 1333 sticks

Ram speed will get limited to whatever it can run at 1.5v... Add voltage and kill the cpu.
