I've begun the journey to building my own computer and I was wondering if the following setup is compatible:

CPU: Intel Pentium Processor G3258
Mobo: Gigabyte LGA 1150 Intel (H81 GA-H81M-DS2V)
PSU: EVGA 430W 80PLUS (100-W1-0430-KR)
RAM: Kingston HyperX FURY 4GB 1600MHz DDR3 (HX316C10F/4)
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB (MZ-7TE120BW)
Case: Rosewill Dual Fans MicroATX Mini Tower Computer Case (FBM-01)

I was hoping to overclock the CPU to its full potential, but I'm not sure what heatsink will fit. Any suggestions for a heatsink that would support its overclock for around $40?

There is no way at all that a 212 evo will fit. those dimensions of the case are outer dimensions, and you have to account for the space that the standoffs, motherboard, and processor are going to take from that.

Get a Cooler Master Hyper TX3 cooler. Mini version of the 212, it will fit.
