Ram compatibility - different ram in the same system.

My laptop is running on i7-4810m, and I have a 16 gb ram in it but the problem is that both of the ram are the same brand but different model, latency. Will that cause problem to my performance because I think that ever since i install the ram i do think that the performance has become somewhat lagging.

What's it show in the memory tab? That's what they will be running at - looks like you've mixed to GSkill sticks, both 1600 but 1 a CL9 stick and the other a CL 11 stick, have a feeling it might have dropped them to 1333 - that or have then both running at CL11 or maybe CL12

Most important part is that should I be worried? Will this setup cause any problems in the future? Should I switch out the cards one of the card so that both are the same?
