sooo figured out why my computers messed up and I'm not sure how to fix it

so I recently blew away my computer and fixed all the issues and it was working like a dream..... until i let the computer update. It then started back up after ten minutes of 44 updates I logged in and started skyping my friend from Tennessee and everything was working fine until I started playing a game (i do this quite often with no issues) it froze so I rebooted it, I then checked out something simple like youtube which had been working fine until this point and the computer rebooted itself, It was then I realized that everything was connected to that damn windows update. I uninstalled all but one because it wouldn't allow me, I looked into it and there was just about nothing that I could do. so I said screw and blew it away one more time, only for it to freeze during the reboot. now it is stuck in an endless cycle starting with the bios, restarting the reboot process then restarting then repeating itself over and over, I tried a different hdd and it did nothing.

I am so lost angry and depressed. I fix one thing only for another thing to be wrong ( I just replaced the psu and added fans to the case and a cooler for my cpu and everything was good for a while. But that update messed everthing up

if you guys can help me I would be sooooooooooooo damn happy, because life for me has been shit for me lately.

The idea that a Windows Update screwed up your system is not impossible... but consider the millions of people who are not having issues and consider the likelihood of that being the problem in your case. Your system is nice, but it is not exactly running anything particular out of the ordinary. On top of that, if your system is in a boot loop when no OS is installed (you said that you 'blew it away' whatever that means) then that means you are running up against a hardware or settings issue.

Step One: Bread Board
Unplug anything not needed. No GPU (except onboard), no drives, no extra fans (just CPU fan). Just leave the processor, ram, motherboard, monitor, and a keyboard. Reset BIOS/UEFI back to default settings and see if you...

Step One: Bread Board
Unplug anything not needed. No GPU (except onboard), no drives, no extra fans (just CPU fan). Just leave the processor, ram, motherboard, monitor, and a keyboard. Reset BIOS/UEFI back to default settings and see if you can get your system to POST.
After you get it to stop boot cycling then add back your bare minimum normal configuration. GPU, CD/DVD drive, system drive (but no other drives), sound card, fans, etc.

Step 2: Reinstall the software environment
If it is still running stable then boot off your Win8 disc, do a full format on the system drive, and reinstall the OS. Before installing any other drivers or software then go through the whole Windows Update process.
After Windows is updated, go download all of the latest drivers from your various manufacturers. Audio, video, chipset, comunications, etc. all need a proper driver. About now would be a good time to make any last minute hardware changes as well, plugging back in any data drives or other hardware.
Now that Windows and drivers are all in place you can start installing games and other software.

What probably happened was that you were installing a bunch of software while doing updates, and along came a WHQL driver update for your chipset or video card which then screwed up a lot of stuff. Rather than diagnosing the issue and reinstalling proper drivers you overreacted and tried going for a clean slate again. Just remember to breathe and slow down. Very few issues with win8 need a full wipe of the system. Try doing a little more troubleshooting next time before wasting endless hours doing a fresh install.
