I'm getting DISK BOOT FAILURE INSERT SYSTEM DISK PRESS ENTER but that's it if i enter it keep on saying that it seems as if thecd rom not reading the discplease someone help
If your cmos back up battery is going dead, the info in your BIOS like disk info will be forgotten. If you can go into bios & select the correct boot disk info and it work, you will likely have to replace the coin cell lithium battery on the motherboard.

How old is your computer - cmos battery could be bad, Do you have a USB stick inserted while booting? Tell us a little more about your computer.

Dish, I'm having the same issue, computer is about 8 years old, running Vista and I did previously have a sub stick inserted but I've since removed it, starting to stress a little...
