Will 750w be enough to power a 780 sli system with moderate overclocks?

So here is the specs of my current system:

i5 2500k running 4.2Ghz@1.3v
GTX 780 at 106% power limit and +37mV
Crucial MX100 512GB SSD
XFX Pro 750W Link
1x7200RPM HDD
2x4GB G.skill sniper low voltage ram @1.3v
Blu-ray drive
6 LED fans

I would like to add a second 780 in the near future. Would my psu be able to handle this system + a second 780 at its current overclocks? If so, would I also be able to push the CPU to say, 1.35v in order to get the OC a little higher? Any input would be appreciated

Solution
It will be plenty for a single card system, but slightly borderline with SLI, go for 850W for some headroom, especially since you consider overclocking.
