So i have a nvidia 650Ti boost 2gb and one ATI radeon 7790 can i put them on my pc both of them or i will have problem?? alsoo my mobo isn't great because the one slot is x16 and my second slot is x8

Solution
There's nothing wrong with putting different GPUs in the same PC, providing you don't plan to utilise them for gaming. Just remember that you'll need a beefy PSU as single cards draw more power than they would in SLI/Crossfire.

Yes as long as amd and nvidia drivers play nice it should not have any problem. AMD users add Nvidia just to get the physx accleration which is only supported by Nvidia. It will not help in performance improvement

Unfortunately you cannot use the latest drivers, you'd have to use an older nVidia driver for that, they recently disabled phys x function on a secondary nVidia card if they detect an AMD card is also installed.
