I want to ask,which processor can give you better OpenCL performance "AMD" or"Intel",if we don't have graphic processing units combined with it........

The CPUs are in the mix, quite far down. OpenCL is primarily of benefit to highly parallel processors such as Intel's Phi or AMD/Nvidia's derivatives from their GPUs.
