I have my gaming rig and i find it quite good in some ways but i noticed a little problem. Sometimes i experience some lags in running some programs and i don't know what's wrong in my rig. Is it my toshiba hard drive causing the problem? Not overclocked

Here are the specs:
gigabyte 970a-ds3p
AMD FX 8320
Palit Jetstream GTX 770 2gb
Gskill ripjaws 4gb x 2
Toshiba 500gb DT01ACA050 (Main hard drive)
WD Green 1tb WD10EZRX
Thermaltake Smart SE 630w
STOCK CPU cooler
Deepcool case fans

Solution
Hey, Arvin!

I guess the best way to determine where the problem comes from is to test your components. If you are think it's the HDD, I'd suggest to run some tests on it using the HDD manufacturer diagnostics tool. You should be able to find that on their website.
You can also run tests on other components just to make sure everything is running smoothly there. I guess I'd start with the graphics card and RAM maybe. Check these threads for assistance on how to test those:
