Good mouse, Monitor, and Keyboard for this build?

Solution
Mouse - A lot of people prefer Razer's Deathadder Steelseries Sensei, and a few Logitech G series mice
Keyboard - Personally I would suggest getting a Ducky Mechanical keyboard, I would go to a store find keyboards with each type of mechanical switch and feel which one I like best, then order the Ducky online though I do have a Das Keyboard 4 Ultimate (browns) myself, I would get a Das Keyboard if you have money to blow and want a more elegant look.

Monitor - a 1440p IPS panel would suite your build well, if you want more of a gaming monitor I would look into the ROG Swift, though it does have it's issues. If you want a 1080p display look at the BenQ gaming monitors that are 144hz, the AOC 144hz monitor

That beast will run about anything you throw at her.

Regarding the peripherals, it`s up to personal prefferences.
What is your budget? What size monitor do you want? What resolution/refresh rate? TN or IPS?
Mouse - what looks, how many macro buttons, what price zone?
Keyboard - mechanical or not? Numpad or not? Color/backlights?

This is not a simple question that you threw here.
I can give you my personal favorites for example, but this doesn`t mean you will also like it.
