I have the following:

GPU: Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 970 sli
CPU: i7 4790K
RAM: 16GB HyperX Fury 1866Mhz
MOBO: Asus Maximus Vii hero
HDD: Seagate 2TB
SSD: 256GB Mx100

I intend to fully overclock the system.

I was looking at the EVGA SuperNOVA 750W 80+ Gold, but I'm not entirely sure if that's enough.

Thanks.

8350 @ 4.5GHz
Both 970's OC'd to the same level, which is minor at 1200 on the core (1350 boost) and 7400 effective on the memory.

Rocking a similar 970 SLI build here with a 760w supply. In addition to the more power hungry (especially overclocked) FX-8350.
You'll be fine with that PSU.

I would say there's another 200-250w spare, but as always with a power supply it's best to stick with the 50-60% load range for maximum efficiency.

Go for it!
