I was able to connect tp link to my main computer but I was not able to connect other computer.
I tried other methods like off my router and modemn, off anti virus. Nothing seems to work and my dns server is different from both the main and other computer.
Just today, I've brought new fibre optic for my modemn and it was hard setting it for the main computer now my other computer dont have açcess to the network.

This has never happened before in my old modern, any suggestions?

I think you have modem from your service provider? Then you would need to do some settings on 740n depending who your service provider is, generally you would need to know the ISP connection type, for e.g for virgin media it is Dynamic IP, after confirming that you can run quick setup and also set up wireless so other computers can connect, also you would need to run ethernet cable from your modem to WAN [blue] port of TP-LINK unit.

Hope this helps.
