About to attempt my first build. ($800) Do I have enough cooling?

We need another computer in the house. I'm building one this time. (This is a slighly juiced-up version of this site's Q3 budget gaming build.)

The CPU comes with a stock fan, the case has an additional two fans. Think it'll be enough?

Assume for purposes of this question that overclocking will be attempted.

Think I'd be happier with an i3-4150? It's still in my budget (barely.)
