Does a ATX mid tower provide more cooling and lower temps than Micro ATX

That case has magnificent airflow.
It will cool your components just fine.

The only reason you should choose matx over mid tower is if you plan on upgrading in the future.
If you do plan on upgrading, buying the larger version would be one less thing you have to re-buy in the future.
