When Connected to WIFI on my Smartphone It Kicks My Desktops WIFI Off Line.

When I turn my Samsung Galaxy Express's WIFI on my WIFI on my desktop immediately shuts off. Some times immediately and sometimes it will last a good 30 minutes before shutting off. I've tried factory reset and changing the broadcast channels etc and nothing gives. I have a ARRIS TG862G Modem/Router through Time Warner. Any help regarding this would be immensely appreciated as I have never heard of this problem let alone ran into it.

Well yeah I probably should have stated that but yes when the phone is not connected to the router the WIFI on the computer is stable. It is onlydisconnects when the phone's wifi is on. Works fine on the phone too just the computers wifi is not able to connect. It doesn't even show surrounding routers to connect to when the phones wifi is on let alone my router.
