Maybe something along the lines of http://www.amazon.com/FirePower-ModXStream-Semi-Modular-Performance-formerly/dp/B001IZ7MHU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1418775003&sr=8-1&keywords=600+watt+power+supply+ocz or http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4278583&CatId=1483 or http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-80PLUS-Bronze-Certified-100-B1-0600-KR/dp/B00EON40CS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1418775320&sr=8-1&keywords=evga+600w ? These are three good power supplies, and the one you linked may be good too, but what you want to look for is something labeled "80plus bronze" or something along those lines. Perhaps a less powerful version of the ones I linked will do if you want something cheaper. Unless you plan to go SLI or...

The 6pin adapter provides extra power to the card to allow higher overclocks, it is necessary to plug it in. If your power supply does not have a 6pin power cable, you can either buy a different 750ti model (some of them do not require a 6pin adapter), or use the 600W supply. IF the 60W supply is not certified (80+ / 80+ bronze) it probably means it is a cheap and unreliable supply. However, since you will not need anywhere near 600W of power for a 750ti, it should be fine to use. Hope this helps.

Yes a 6 pin connector is required to power that card, and your power supply should have enough power for it. What power supply are you using? A 6 pin connector is pretty standard. What is your 600W power supply? Being uncertified means that it may be delivering "dirty" or inefficient power that may damage your components over time, but if it is the only thing that works to power the card it may be worth a shot and a bit more research.

What brand / model is the 600W, or do you mean you do not know it's brand/ it's generic? I'd say use it in the short term, you won't be getting close to it's limits so its poor quality shouldn't matter, especially not in the short term. You could also just look into a 750ti without a 6pin?

I would say go for it, and look into replacing the power supply. A good power supply is something that you will keep with you from build to build, as I've had mine through a couple builds and over 4 years, so maybe looking into asking for one for Christmas if that's an option? ;) Seasonic is probably the best brand, but can run a little pricy, so cheaper brands such as OCZ or EVGA or some other option would do just fine I'm sure (read the reviews).

Unless you plan to go SLI or crossfire in the future then you really don't need anything more than 600W or perhaps even 500W to be well within 80% power usage, especially with a 750 ti which is a very efficient card. Read the reviews and if it looks good then go for it, also do a little research on your current PSU to see if it would suffice.
