Hello all. Over the past year I have been thinking about making my own gaming PC. This is the part list I have chosen, with the help of you guys :p.

http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/d48rP6

CPU COOLER :
Enermax ETS-T40-TB 86.7 CFM CPU Cooler ($31.35 CA$)
(EDIT) Not getting a CPU cooler anymore.

MOTHERBOARD :
Asus H87-PLUS ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($113.57 CA$)
(EDIT) [strike]Changed to Asus H97-PLUS ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($109.99 CA$)[/strike]
ASRock H97 Anniversary ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($69.00 CA$)

MEMORY :
Team Elite Plus 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($75.48 CA$)

Azza SIRIUS ATX Mid Tower Case ($44.99 CA$)

POWER SUPPLY :
EVGA 500W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply ($29.99 CA$)
(EDIT) EVGA 600B 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($39.99 CA$)

GRAPHICS CARD :

Base Total: $677.23
Promo Discounts: -$5.00
Mail-in Rebates: -$40.00
Shipping: $53.96
Total: $686.19

(EDIT) Changed a few things again. Cheaper motherboard, different case. PCPartPicker says "Unable to verify the Azza SIRIUS ATX Mid Tower Case has sufficient space to fit the XFX Radeon R9 280X 3GB Double Dissipation Video Card." Should I be worried about this?

New price :
Base Total: $800.70
Mail-in Rebates: -$75.00
Total: $725.70

(And then shipping..)

Suggestions are still greatly appreciated! I won't be planning to buy the parts until there is absolutely nothing else to change.

Hello and welcome to the Custom PC world,

Here are some edits to your list.

RAM: Corsair Vengeance. I have this and it smokes everything for the price. http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Vengeance-Desktop-Memory-CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10/dp/B005T63BJM/ref=sr_1_5?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1418786221&sr=1-5

Case: Corsair Carbide. The case you wanted has some issues. It is too small, hard to work on, and doesn't come with fans. http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Carbide-200R-Compact-CC-9011023-WW/dp/B009GXZ8MM/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1418786396&sr=1-1

Also, watch these videos to help you learn the basics. I have learned so much from them.

I would suggest you to go for an i5 rather than an i3,
you can leave the cpu cooler for the time and use that money on getting an i5.(games now use 4 cores max)
ur mobo u can go for Asus H97-PLUS ATX LGA1150 Motherboard for future proofing.
later you can buy a cpu cooler.

rest of the build is good, u might need SSD later on.
