Will seasonic s12ii 520w run gtx760?

My system config is as follows:amd fx 4100 ram 8gb ddr3 2tb western digital+250gb seagate hdd asus m5a88m mobo lg dvd burner and floppy drive.All this powered by seasonic s12ii 520w 80 bronze psu.I am planning to buy a zotac gtx 760 gpu.Will the card run on the psu mentioned?If not please reccommend a card for gaming at 1280x1024 at ultra settings.

Sorry for posting this late but can you please tell the alternatives for the 760?It may be slightly out of my reach but i have shortlisted gtx 750 ti r9270 and gtx 660.Any other suggestions are also welcome.please respond

Guys i need your replies urgently.I have shortlisted msi r9 270 2gb ddr5 oc twin frozr edition.I doubt
1)Whether the card will run on seasonic s12ii 520w psu?and
2)Reviews mention the card to be long.I have a frontech nero case and i have an asus m5a88m mini itx mobo.Will the card fit in my case?
