Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare - Can I Run It?

So because my family are completely poor and don't really want to dedicate a crap ton of money to buying a PC for me. So we basically went ahead and put together some parts, so my specs are.

APU: AMD A10-7800
GPU: AMD R7 240 DDR3 2GB
HDD: 3TB @ 7500RPM
RAM: 16GB 2133MHz

Now, I wanted to know. I plan on Crossfiring the 7800 and the R7 240. If this will be able to at least, run COD:AW at Low settings at a resolution of 1680x1050 with decent framerate. ALSO! Don't just go into game debate and go Can I Run It with my very spec's, Please. If you happen to know, tell me :)

My current PC, well.. Laptop. Has an even worse graphics card, and Only 4GB of ram. It still manages to run it between 30 - 60 fps. I don't understand why it would not run..

It manages to run BF4, low settings @ 60fps and the same resolution as I said in the post. Which, is 3x Better than this laptop. This can't even manage to run it at 60fps on low at 800x600 -.-.. But, thats wthe AMD A10-7800 w/ Radeon R7 240 Dual Graphics.
