I put together a build for my friend and when everything was connected I ran into a problem. Everything turned on, lit up, besides one fan which refused to work(fan header bad?). Despite this, nothing is displayed either through the GPU or through the iGPU even though the TV recognizes that something is plugged in.

Should the motherboard be returned/rma'd or am I missing something important? Also display was tested in two hdmi ports with 2 hdmi cables.
