MSI B85M-G43 vs ASRock Z97M Anniversary?

I was planning to couple it with Pentium G3258 but recently I had came to know that this CPU is not Good in multitasking.
Overclocking Feature - both
ELNA Audio - ASROCK only but only 3 basic audio ports whereas MSI have total 6 audio ports (I want to plop 5.1 audio system)
Front USB Charging- MSI only
More Frequencies of RAM Supported - ASROCK (Does this thing make any difference?)

I am surprised the B85 is listed as OCing. Maybe non-Z overclock? I didn't know that still worked after Intel updated their microcode
You could always buy a sound card if you need more outputs.
Z97 is clearly better for overclocking
