So, this is a first for me, and after around 6-8 months of research I have come to a conclusion. Will this be a well operating system? I am planning to run some pretty intense games on nice graphic visuals with smooth frames. Here's my build. Let me know if I will be bottlenecking, or could do something better. (DONT TELL ME WHAT OS I NEED, WINDOWS 8 IS FINE WITH ME)

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core

Video Card:EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB

Case: NZXT H440 Razer Special Edition ATX Mid Tower 7X2.5IN 5X3.5IN 2XUSB3.0 Steel

Honorable
1 Get the 850 EVO/PRO. Not the 840 PRO. Alternatively, consider another brand of SSD. Perhaps the MX100 will suit you?
2. No need for 16 GB RAM, if you're just gaming
3. What Corsair PSU? Is it a CX? If so, replace immediately. Anything not in Tiers One, Two A or Two B on this list are not suitable for a high end gaming build: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html
4. I'd recommend this cooler over the one you have: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA4UF1H68938

That's all for now, I'll be back later.

I'd like to ask what kind of corsair 850w (with your budget i guess the HX/AX model) are you getting? Well the 850w might be too much unless you are going to SLI in the future and I don't believe you would be bottle-necking your rig. and from what i tried to setup in partpicker you could still go for an I7 4790K or you could upgrade your other parts like your gpu

Yeah, as I started to research a bit more about Monitors, I think I should change it. Any good recommendations for 200$ or less?

My apologies, I had written the incorrect PSU, the one that's on my list was from awhile ago, this is the one on my NCIX list - EVGA SuperNova 750W G1 Gold Plus Power Supply

Benq and Dell have good monitors, shouldn't be a problem to find one in that price range. Also newer Asus'.

This would actually be better:

Only problem is that I am from Canada and the parts from the Canadian retailers suddenly shot up $400 more.
