I'm going to get this case, and I'm wondering how to layout the fans.

I'm keeping the two fans that come with the case because I heard they're actually decent/good, and adding Noctua fans.

I was originally thinking 2 front intake, 1 side intake, 2 top outtake, 1 rear outtake, but now I'm thinking of only having 2 outtake instead of 3 as to create a "positive pressure". My PSU is probably too big to allow for the bottom fan. So the layout would go something like this;

Either

2 x Noctua NF-A14 FLX on Top (Outtake)
1 x Silent Series R2 Fan on Rear (Outtake)
1 x Noctua NF-A14 FLX on Front (Intake)
1 x Silent Series R2 Fan on Front (Intake)
1 x Noctua NF-P14 FLX on Side (Intake)

Or

1 x Noctua NF-A14 FLX on Top (Outtake)
1 x Silent Series R2 Fan on Rear (Outtake)
1 x Noctua NF-A14 FLX on Front (Intake)
1 x Silent Series R2 Fan on Front (Intake)
1 x Noctua NF-P14 FLX on Side (Intake)

Or something completely different you guys would suggest.

Too hard to tell. YOu will have to spend some time experimenting, because what works for others might not work for you and vice versa. It all depends on your other components, their locations, their temperature, room temperature, fan speed... experiment for best results and you will find your ideal temps/silence combo. That being said, I would probably start with your 2nd setup and go from there.

Alright, One more thing. I just realized with positive airflow I'd be blowing dust directly onto the GPU (side fan doesn't have filter). How is this filter?

I'm not too experienced with filters so I'm not sure if this one is good, just saw that it was Silverstone and magnetized for easy installation. Would this rattle/vibrate at all? Trying to avoid any of that on this case.
