ASUS ROG Matrix 780TI hitting 88C, is this too hot?

I have two ROG Matrix 780TIs in my Cosmos II case and one 780TI hits 88C when playing skyrim with ENB for a few hours, playing Payday 2 it hits 85C after a couple of hours, The other card maxes out around 75C. There is nothing blocking the fans of either card, The Cosmos II front casefan is pulling in and the rear case fan is pushing out. My CPU never goes over 54C during gaming and 70C during stress testing. I have not overclocked the GPUs at all. Is this card no good, should I try to RMA it, or is this normal? My PSU is an EVGA 1300W G2 by the way.
Any relevant input would be appreciated. Ambient room temp is about 65-70 F.

Solution
It is common for the top card in an sli system to get that hot. The card underclocks at 95c so you are fine. Just some fans on the side panel of the cosmos 2 which I think you can have 2 140mm not 100% on the fans but I know it has that option. But if you are really worried about it just set the target temp to 80c but 85-88c isn't really going to kill the cards. I would consider learning how to build your own custom loop. A good 360+ rad kit plus the video card blocks would run you about $400

Ok thanks, just got concerned, unfortunately I am not home enough to manage a custom loop and I don't know where I would put 2 radiators if I went with a closed loop gpu cooler, one maybe but not two; I've already got a kraken x61 eating the roof. Thanks for your input.
