Am I paying for what I'm getting or is it overpriced?

Hello everyone,
I'm getting a new PC in March and I'd like to know whether the components I got are worth their money.

2x gtx 980
i7 5960X
1TB ssd
16gb RAM
1200w PSU
Asus V rampage Motherboard

All these plus watercooling, network cards, etc... Costs about 6000$ yes it is a huge a** sum for a computer but I've been saving for 1.5 years and working 2 part time jobs for this, I'm building this for future proofing.

P.S this price includes about 800-1000$ shipping + taxes ( i live in the EU)

I don't need exact prices like 'what ssd in particular' or 'what case'

Just a vague sum if possible.

Thanks in advance

First, make sure the build is being shipped from has the same voltage, or expect a bang when you plug it in. Second, for $6000 you could get a PC with 4x GTX 980's. Have a look. Although that isn't a full loop. And you may want to consider the i7-5930K, as the difference is minimal and definitely not worth another $500. That could go towards a cooling loop and probably cover it.

Whoa man, i'd use the money to buy a good pc now, then just buy another good pc in the future and resell the old one. There be new tech in the future like Broadwell, DDR4, etc etc. that may suddenly disrupt your future proof plans.

What i'd splurge on is displays and audio if I had the kind of money you have. Looking at your PSU also makes me wonder at how much your utilities cost...
